Mocha is a "good person" — Locsin – Manila Bulletin

In a tweet on Wednesday, Locsin described her as a “good person with genuine heart for the poor.”

Locsin’s was reacting to a tweet made by OWWA Administrator Hans Leo Cacdac who said that “Da Mocha” visited the family of an overseas Filipino worker identified only as “Jocelyn.”

“She’s a good person with a genuine heart for the poor. There are a remarkable number of persons especially her critics who lack that organ,” Locsin said in a tweet.

A former dancer, singer, blogger, sex coach, social media influencer, and a rabid supporter of President Duterte, Uson was appointed to OWWA in September 2019 after serving for almost one year as assistant secretary at the Presidential Communications Office.
