Poolia, a Sweden-based staffing firm, is buying a 96.5% stake in Malmo, Sweden-based HR tech firm Roi Rekrytering Sverige AB and its recruitment platform Workspace Recruit. Poolia will pay SEK 32.5 million (EUR 3.1 million).
