Khandaker Sumon directorial "Saatao" has been selected for the 19th Kazan International Muslim Film Festival.
Debutant filmmaker Khandaker Sumon's directorial film, "Saatao," will be screening at Shilpakala Academy in Rangpur today and tomorrow. The film was made in the regional language of Rangpur.
Khandaker Sumon directorial "Saatao" bagged the Gautam Buddha Award under the World Panorama category at the 6th Nepal International Film Festival (NIFF).

Three Bangladeshi films that are going to be featured in the festival are—Jibon Shahadat’s “Nameplate” in Short Live Action category and Noor Imran Mithu’s “Patalghar” along with Khandaker Sumon’s “Saatao”, in the World Panorama category.
