A CLIENT asked me to formulate 200 job interview questions they could explore to test the creativity level of applicants. This two-year-old startup software company was inspired by Microsoft's hiring practice of using logic puzzles to choose their best candidates, except they don't want to copy William Poundstone's 'How Would You Move Mount Fuji?'
