Wouldn't letters go through some sort of security before they're disseminat disseminated. >> >> that's right. we see so many companies these days at military installations and especially here in washington, d.c., mail is screened and treated if you will, before it is delivered to its final destination on a base or at a facility. we're being told initially this was opened at an administrative type facility on the base so we don't know yet whether it was screened. it probably should have been and whether the substance, of course, was hazardous, what type of substance it may have been that caused...
