Shelter writes note to dog owner who made a heartbreaking decision
LifeLine Animal Project shared photos of a dog named Milo alongside a note from the owner in a Facebook post. Milo was left outside of one of the shelter's facilities on Aug. 17, and the note explained that they are homeless and Milo can't be properly cared for in their situation.
