Uniformity is where you check to make sure all the beds are properly clothed and make sure all their living area is in order. in general population, correctional officers can write up inmates for infractions. thank you. but here in the honor dorm, fellow inmates police the hallways. if you see anyone violating, you give them a warning, tell them to stop doing it. if you see a direct violation, it s your option to give them a writeup. if they re found guilty of that they go before a panel. and if you lose so many points, you get removed from the dorm. i love construction work. i have a building here that i designed i hope to build upon my release. god willing. you get out here, all that tension seems to gradually dissipate. this is a blueprint of what i built. maybe do something positive with life for a change. it gives you a different ....

Just the way it is, you know? i know i was going to be called names. i m prepared for that. i was prepared for that before i came. i knew i was going to be called a b word and a c word and all these other things you can think about calling. but if they think i m a b word, i m probably doing my job right. schrieber will soon face a disciplinary hearing for the verbal abuse writeup and an earlier incident where he spit on the cell door of another inmate. doesn t that strike you as a little self-destructive? yes. i know it s not right to do that, i know it s wrong. i m mad at myself, but i take it out on whoever is around me. staff members, prisoners who are nearby. relationships between officers and inmates at limon run the gamut. with shreiber, it involves verbal abuse. with bryan hansen, it s trying to get too close to staff. what s happening? ....
