The trial of alleged underworld figure Nafiz Modack and 14 co-accused will resume on Monday, 11 March. At least 30 key witnesses are expected to testify.
Modack, Kilian and 12 other co-accused face more than 3,100 charges in a case which depicts Modack as the leader of a lucrative criminal organisation: the “Modack Enterprise”.
The main accused, Nafiz Modack, and his co-accused, the debt collector Zane Kilian and 13 others, will plead not guilty to an array of offences.
