Cuban activists arrested, under siege in their homes during G-77 summit in Havana
The communist Castro dictatorship is not taking any chances as it hosts another farcical summit in Havana featuring some of the world's worst human rights violators and their supporters. Several activists have had State Security posted outside their homes to prevent them from going out, while others have been arrested. Via Martí Noticias (my translation):
