Have surfaced it. >> maybe. you hope so. david, final word. yeah hipa doesn't apply here. they've given up that right to the faa when they get that pilot's certificate. absolutely we need to get the changed. >> you are right. here's why i bring it up. if you didn't have hipa in place the doctors could be able to report directly to the employer. they are not doing that. it requires them to do that. that assumes knowledge that maybe they don't have. why am i bringing this up when it happened in germany? the same thing can happen here. our health care system doesn't have a mental illness report...
