F-Drones completes seed capital raising

Start-up F-Drones, aiming to deliver payloads of up 100kg to ships, has completed the raising of seed capital.
The funding round was led by Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS) with participation from Innoport, the venture arm of Schulte Group, along with SEEDS Capital, Entrepreneur First, Orient Ventures, Superangel and some Singapore based angel investors.
F-Drones offers commercial Beyond-Vision-Line-Of-Sight (BVLOS) drone deliveries to ships and is developing a drone capable of handling payloads of up to 100kg – the Hyperlaunch Heavy.

F-drones raises seed round funding with major shipping companies
F-drones, a Singapore-based startup developing large scale autonomous drones for maritime logistics, today announced its success in raising its seed capital. The round was led by Eastern Pacific Shipping (EPS), a world leading ship management company committed to green and technology-driven growth of the maritime industry. The round also saw participation from the Schulte Group, a reputed ship owner and manager with over 135 years of experience, through its venture arm – Innoport, along with SEEDS Capital, Entrepreneur First, Orient Ventures, Superangel and a few Singapore based angel investors.

T-Hub Calls for Applications from Startups for the Fifth Batch of its Lab32 Program, Successfully Graduates 13 Startups From Previous Batch

The fifth batch of Lab32 will commence on 15 March 2021 with selected startups that bring in leading-edge solutions for industries, such as health-tech, fintech, smart mobility, sustainability and edtech, among others. Thirty to thirty-five startups will be shortlisted from applications after a focused and extensive screening process. Interested startups can apply on https://bit.ly/3dDtAZH or email lab32@t-hub.co. The program will continue with its hybrid model launched last year owing to the pandemic. It will enable more entrepreneurs across India to participate in the program without the need for a physical presence in Hyderabad.
