'Royal Secret Agent' Actor Kim Myung Soo Officially Enters the Military

"Royal Secret Agent" lead star Kim Myungsoo, also known as INFINITE's L, has officially enlisted in South Korea's Marine Corps to serve his mandatory military duty!
It wasreported on Dec. 28, 2020 that singer and actor Kim Myungsoo has decided to serve his mandatory military duty, to which his agency, Management Esang, confirmed by stating that the actor indeed applied for the Marine Corps and accepted to join.

And finally, Kim Myungsoo has officially entered the military in the afternoon of Feb. 22 KST. He will start his five weeks of basic training before his active service.

The drama takes place towards the end of the Joseon era and will tell the story of a royal secret inspector who is in disguise traveling to different provinces to take down illegal deeds of public officials, to give justice and solve the problems of other people. Sung Yi Kyum starred by Kim Myung Soo, who topped the state examination and he now has a job at the Hongmungwan (administrative and research department). He's a carefree man who doesn't seem to have plans for his future. One day, he was caught doing an illegal deed and as punishment, we were assigned to work as a secret royal inspector.

Hello Venus original member Kwon Nara will become an undercover government worker in the upcoming historical drama of KBS 2TV titled "Secret Royal Inspector!"
The series takes place at the end of the Joseon era, and its story will revolve around Sung Yi Gyum, portrayed by Kim Myung Soo, who topped the state examination and got a job at the Hongmungwan (administrative and research department). He is a free-spirited man who doesn't seem to care about his future - he doesn't have a goal or ambition in life.
