Formé claims failed sale damaged White Plains urgent care clinic
The owner of Formé Medical Center Inc. claims that Joel Stern and Yitzchok Ekstein reneged on a deal to buy the White Plains urgent care practice for $7 million and, in the process, wrecked the business. Gina Cappelli and Formé are demanding $3.5 million from in a complaint filed Dec. 26 in Westchester Supreme Court.
