16日21时00分至18日11时40分，门头沟区平均降水116.4毫米，最大雨量出现在（门城地区\永定镇）永定站，为232.6毫米；最大小时雨强也出现在永定站，为7月18日05时-06时85.5毫米。全区降雨超50毫米点位51个，超100毫米点位29个，超200毫米点位5个。为应对本轮强降雨，三家店拦河闸已开启泄洪，确保闸前水位在109米以下。
门头沟区涉及避险转移的11个镇街共有 63个村（社区）440 户、990 人，中铁京西公司11个工区2505人。目前，3495人已全部转移，实现应转尽转。
全区27家旅游景区已全部关闭，6个星级民俗村、41家精品民宿、201家星级民俗户已全部停止接待游客。
