David Braithwaite WELLINGTON Shire Council will enter into a memorandum of understanding with the state Department of Transport to deliver upgrades along York St, Sale, including a new set of traffic lights. The traffic lights at the intersection of Cunninghame and York Sts, and improvements to through lane pavement are part of council’s ‘Revitalising Our Region’ package of works, which is made up of three separate projects.
