2021年07月05日作者：蒋朝晖来源：中国环境报 　　“十三五”以来 ，赤水河流域（云南段）国控、省控断面水质类别均为Ⅱ类。 　　三省联动共护赤水河，共享水质监测数据 　　首先，三省生态环境部门联合签署了《联合执法协议》，组织开展联合执法，有效打击流域环境违法行为。 　　其次，云南与四川、贵州两省分别签署了《跨省流域上下游突发水污染事件联防联控机制合作协议》，构建了生态环境联防联控和突发事件应急管理联动工作机制。同时，加强省界断面水质例行监测，在赤水河流域设置地表水监测断面4个，按月开展监测，与四川、贵州两省共享水质监测数据。 　　为推动赤水河流域水污染防治工作落地落实见成效，云南省持续督促推进生态环境保护督察反馈问题整改。2017年-2018年中央和省两级生态环境保护督察涉及赤水河
