The Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Enugu State, South East Nigeria has granted the application of the governorship candidates of the Labour Party, Chijioke Edeoga, to access and inspect sensitive election materials the Independent National Electoral Commission deployed for the conduct of the March 18 governorship polls in the state. The election petition tribunal also granted the same request to the governorship candidate of the Action Democratic Party, Nnamdi Omeje to access and inspect sensitive election materials to enable them build their petitions.
