Six International trotters have arrived at JFK airport in New York – with a final destination of MGM Yonkers Raceway – to tackle four currently racing in North America in the Oct. 15 MGM Yonkers International Trot. The $1,000,000 event for older trotters anchors a strong afternoon card that kicks off at 12:30 p.m. (EDT) and includes a pair of $250,000 Invitationals.

In just six weeks, many of the best trotters in the world will convene at MGM Yonkers Raceway for the 2022 Yonkers International Trot. The $1 million race, an invitation-only event, is starting to take shape.

The MGM Yonkers International Trot is unique in the Standardbred world as a race that attracts top talent worldwide. On October 15, 2022, the $1 million invitational race for trotters will return from a two-year COVID-related hiatus to anchor a multi-million dollar program at Yonkers Raceway, featuring the best horses in the sport.
