Been in existence. it's not very complicated to understand how gun legislation could go through. and in the absence of taking a position, what we're seeing right now is republican members of congress are saying, actually, we're not open to anything. the president is setting the tone that mental health is as far as he wants to go. if that's where he wants to go, that's fine. i'm not taking a position on it, but that's what he's saying is important and everybody is going to follow suit. it's a bit like follow the leader. if he wants to take a position, he can and could build consensus. it's real...
