The specific dates of these glitches were October 31, November 6, December 4, and January 29. The glitches have caused a variety of problems for traders, including hindering some from executing their orders and preventing others from exiting their orders on the app.
In 2023 alone, Zerodha admitted to at least eight technical glitches with issues varying from those relating to login on the Kite app, display of orders and positions as well as order placements. To minimize the impact of any potential issues, he said they have made significant architectural changes over the years.
Zerodha said that the company is working on resolving the issue and advised investors or traders to check the positions before placing new orders.
