Former Edwardsville PE teacher publishes book to help kids become 'bully proof'
A former physical education teacher turned business owner in Edwardsville is taking the initiative to teach middle-school children to stop bullying before it begins. Grogan wrote a middle-grade novel called "Becoming Bully Proof," released in Apil.
