Nigerian Armed Forces' Disaster Response Unit and the National Emergency Management Agency have started an aerial view of the flood-ravaged areas in Anambra State. The goal of the exercise is to identify people still stranded by the rising flood with the intention of airlifting them out of the impacted areas.
