(Wikimedia Commons Free Repository) NORWALK, Conn. – No new contractor yards or expansions of existing ones will be approved in Norwalk during the next 12 months, due to a moratorium unanimously approved by the Zoning Commission after several hours of deliberation and public comment in the Zoners’ May 11 and May 20th meetings.
