Canada to study throwing big Atlantic halibut back to sea

It may go against the grain for a commercial fisherman to throw big fish back, but that s what Canada s Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) and the Atlantic Halibut Council (AHC) are about to try to see if it might help in promoting halibut biomass, the CBC reports.
