புது தில்லி: நாட்டில் கரோனா மூன்றாம் அலை உருவானால், அது நிச்சயம் இரண்டாம் அலையைப் போல மிக மோசமாக இருக்காது என்று எய்ம்ஸ் இயக்குநர் மருத்துவர் ரன்தீப் குலேரியா தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
சனிக்கிழமை காலை ஆங்கில ஊடகத்துக்கு பேட்டி அளித்த அவர் கரோனா தொற்றையும், அதன் உருமாற்றமடைந்த வீரியமான தொற்றுக்களையும் நாம் குறைத்து மதிப்பிடக் கூடாது. கரோனா இரண்டாம் அலையின் போது நாம் கற்ற பாடத்திலிருந்து படிப்பினைகளை பின்பற்றி மூன்றாம் அலையை எதிர்கொள்ள வேண்டும் என்றும் கூறினார்.
இரண்டாம் அலையின் போது நாம் எதிர்கொண்ட சவால்களை எல்லாம் அனுபவப் பாடங்களாக எடுத்துக் கொண்டு மூன்றாம் அலையை எதிர்கொள்ள நடவடிக்கைகளை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்றும் அவர் வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளார்.

டெல்டா பிளஸ் வகை கரோனா வைரஸ் மூலம், நாட்டில் மூன்றாம் அலை பரவுவதற்கான அபாயம் உருவாகியுள்ளது. டெல்டா வகை வைரஸைக் காட்டிலும் டெல்டா பிளஸ் வைரஸ் அதிக வேகமாகப் பரவும் அபாயமும் உள்ளது. மத்திய, மாநில அரசுகள் தொடர்ந்து நிலைமையைக் கண்காணித்து வருகின்றன. ஆனால், டெல்டா வகை வைரஸ்கள் உடனடியாக கவனத்தில் கொள்ள வேண்டியவை என்றும் அவர் கூறுகிறார்.
மக்களும் கரோனா முதல் தவணை தடுப்பூசியை மட்டும் செலுத்திக் கொண்டால் போதுமென்று நினைக்காமல், அனைவரும் இரண்டாவது தவணை தடுப்பூசியையும் போட்டுக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். முதல் தவணை வெறும் 33 சதவீத பாதுகாப்பை மட்டுமே தரும், 90 சதவீத பாதுகாப்பை இரண்டாவது தவணையை செலுத்திக் கொண்டால்தான் கிடைக்கும் என்றும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
