NDP Opposition Leader Wab Kinew is getting off with a warning for his role in a rally with about 100 striking Manitoba Hydro workers last month.
The rally breached public health orders which capped outdoor public gatherings at the time to 10 socially distanced people.

Premier Brian Pallister is appointing Kymberly Kaufmann to one of the senior roles in the province s newest ministry.
Kymberly Kaufmann is the CEO of Eden Health Services and now Deputy Minister of mental health, wellness and recovery. She is being recognized for her efforts in the Southern Health Region and with the Selkirk Mental Health Centre. Kaufmann will be working under Minister Audrey Gordon. She takes on this role on April 26.
Kymberly Kaufmann has a bachelor of arts and a master’s degree in occupational therapy.
Two others will be joining the ranks of senior officials in the provincial government. ....
