The question that still remains unanswered is whether the brazen recourse to authoritarianism – when even the right to life was suspended and Parliament, judiciary and media were reduced to auxiliaries for the ambitions of a leader – was an aberration or represented the natural instincts of Congress’s dynastic politics.

Un séisme de magnitude 3,9 selon le réseau national de surveillance sismique (Renass), basé à Strasbourg, a réveillé l agglomération alsacienne samedi matin, plusieurs mois après l arrêt d un projet de géothermie près de Strasbourg, qui avait lui-même provoqué plusieurs séismes. Un second séisme a été enregistré cinq minutes plus tard -de magnitude 2,0- au nord de Strasbourg, à proximité de la commune de La Wantzenau, annonce encore l AFP.
