HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad congratulated by Speaker

Manama, May 13 (BNA): First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today received a cable of congratulations from the Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal, following the issuance of a Decree by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, appointing him as Board of Directors Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA).
 
She pointed out that HH Shaikh Khalid’s chairmanship of GSA will contribute to developing the sports system in the kingdom, thanks to the care of HM the King, and keenness of the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to develop the spor ....
