After a recent sexual assault arrest involving a youth leader and a minor connected with Santa Rosa’s New Vintage Church, the Pastor is seeking help. The Press Democrat reports that Pastor Darren Youngstrom has reached out to Verity and the GRACE Organization to help raise awareness surrounding sexual assault with his congregation. Though none of the alleged sexual abuse is suspected to have occurred at New Vintage Church, Pastor Youngstrom made the move wanting to stand up for the kids and victims. 55-year-old Drue Mordecai was arrested late last month on 12 felony charges related to the abuse of the teen that had lasted between 4 to 5 years. ....
