Assaye Road are up in arms against the civic body’s negligence that has cost the teenager her life. On Sunday, members of the Bharathinagar Residents’ Forum have staged a protest, demanding the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (
BBMP) restore Assaye Road, that has been dug up for over a year.
The agitators holding placards shouted slogans against the BBMP for neglecting the road that has become a nightmare for both motorists and pedestrians. ....
