• Approved Webb as chairman and McBride as vice chairman;
• Approved appointments: Webb to zoning and police departments, McBride to fire department and Parke to road department;
• Heard from Parke they will seek bids in February for the construction of a new utility building at Hillside Cemetery, which was destroyed by a tornado in January 2019. Plans are to approve bids in March or April and break ground on the building in spring. Webb said the insurance on the building was addressed. He said this week the new chapel was dedicated.
