Her Excellency Qatar’s Minister of Public Health Dr Hanan Mohamed Al Kuwari conducted an inspection visit to the National Health Incident Command Center (NHICC) today.
The center, which is embedded within Hamad Medical Corporation’s Ambulance Service headquarters, works closely with the Ministry of Public Health and other key agencies in the country to coordinate the healthcare system’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Operational round-the-clock, the center manages the areas of bed management and hospital capacity in Qatar’s COVID-19 strategy.
It makes sure the healthcare system has adequate capacity to facilitate the delivery of high-quality care and treatment to those requiring medical care due to COVID-19. ....
