Set to run for approximately 1½ weeks, the trial was again adjourned this week when Jarvis’s defence counsel expressed concerns he didn’t have all the information he needs to conduct his part of the trial. During a Monday court appearance, Roch Dupont talked about making an application for additional disclosure prior to the trial continuing.
The case was set over to a pre-trial date in late January to see where the matter is at. A new trial date will then have to be set. ....
