Trot Insider has learned that horseman Albert Kennedy White has passed away.
White passed on Jan. 12, aged 79. Born Oct. 27, 1941 in North Noel Road, Albert is survived by his wife of 56 years, Paulette; his children, Charlie (Elizabeth), Annette (Ian), and Ross (Glenda); several grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; his sisters, Mary Lou and Kathy.
Albert was predeceased by his parents, Melbourne Bun and Catherine White; his brothers, Gary and Arden. He was also predeceased by his sister Doris who passed away from cancer just hours before his passing.
Albert retired from the paper industry after 38 years of service. In his spare time, Albert enjoyed horse racing and training at Sackville Downs and Windsor Raceway, Ontario.
