The government, it seems, has decided to take head-on the privacy concerns generated by WhatsApp’s controversial data policy by setting up its own online chat platforms. A couple of them, called Samvad (conversation) and Sandes (message), are reported to be in their testing phase. Both are likely to be for public use, or just one, though another app just for government communication could be on its way as well. ....
