Muscat: People in Oman took to their rooftops and selected the best outdoor areas from where they could catch a glimpse of the supermoon on Tuesday.
Many were happy to experience the first supermoon of the year, and attached great importance to it, because of it occurring during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
“We live by the beach in Azaiba so we thought it would be a good idea to watch it from near there, because it offers us a good view of the horizon without any distractions,” said Maimoona Tehreem. ....
