DHFL lenders are taking a decision based on the amount of upfront cash offered, the net present value of future payments, and the business plan.

New Delhi: With state-owned lenders holding a significant portion of the loans given to troubled housing finance company DHFL, they are likely to determine the direction of voting by financial creditors, which concludes today (January 15).  
According to a report in the
Times of India, public sector banks, led by SBI, are likely to favour the resolution plan submitted by Piramal Group as it has offered upfront cash of Rs 12,700 crore, which is maximum among all the eligible bids. ....
