CUMBERLAND – With Kayli Lincoln’s first child, labor lasted 12 hours, and her second childbirth experience lasted even longer than that, so when she woke up in the early hours of Feb. 11, still a week early with her third baby, an unexpected home birth was the last thing on her mind. Lincoln said she woke up with contractions just before 2 a.m., calling her mom to come watch the kids, and then her doctor, who told her to get to the hospital.
