The owners of LUXE Beauty Bar, originally located in Carmel, N.Y, decided to move to Brookfield after realizing much of their client base lived in the Danbury area and have been busy renovating their store during the coronavirus pandemic, a press release said. Vanessa and Hector Fernandez cut the ribbon at 849 Federal Road alongside Jim Fisher, chairman of the Economic Development Commission. The beauty bar will offer waxing, skin and body treatments, make-up sessions, deep cleaning, and skin rejuvenation treatments to male and female clients, according to the press release. ....
