An unclaimed body of a woman was eaten by rats and ants in a hospital mortuary in Uttar Pradesh’s Azamgarh district after it was left unattended for over four days.
The unidentified woman was admitted to the Balrampur Mandalya hospital on April 29 after she was found injured on the roadside. The woman died the next day during treatment, and her body was sent to the hospital mortuary for a post-mortem examination. ....

Chennai, April 25 : Migrant workers employed at the industrial units in Coimbatore and Tiruppur in Tamil Nadu are splitted on returning to their hometowns, as some still prefer to stay back at their workplaces amid the raging second wave of the Covid pandemic.
Tiruppur has around 2.5 lakh migrant workers from West Bengal, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Odisha. However, a large section of them them had returned to their hometowns after the Covid outbreak last year in March, but came back to their workplaces after the situation slightly improved. ....
