Queenstown, New Zealand (21 May 2021) – The final line-up for the Welcome to Winter festival is been released with tickets now on sale for ticketed events.
From 2-4 July, the Queenstown festival will feature an action packed three days of events and activities to celebrate all there is to love about the snowy season.
“Made possible through seed funding from the Government’s Domestic Events Fund, along with support from a number of local partners, the program marks an opportunity for our community to celebrate the season and welcome our domestic and Australian visitors,” said Destination Queenstown Interim Chief Executive Ann Lockhart. ....

Event organisers utilising fund for TT events
Financial support is being provided to organisers who are keen to run events around the TT period.
The enterprise minister has confirmed the Domestic Events Fund has seen a surge of activity.
It was set up by Business Isle of Man to assist, and underwrite, new events as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Kāpiti Food Fair opened for
registration on 15 April and already 100+ sites have been
snapped up by familiar and new vendors wishing to be at the
Fair. “There is a lot going on behind the scenes in
preparation for the Fair that will take place on the Kāpiti
Coast on Saturday 4 December,” said Helene Judge, Co-owner
of the Kāpiti Food Fair.

Festival Of Colour Announces 2021 Programme

Festival of Colour arts and ideas festival today revealed a
packed week-long programme featuring an exciting mix of
theatre, dance, music, visual arts and conversation to take
place in April in Wānaka.
Known as ‘the best little
arts festival in New Zealand’, the Festival of Colour
takes place from Monday 12 to Sunday 18 April.
It will
be the ninth festival, and director Philip Tremewan says the
2021 festival will bring heart, soul and creative joy to the
