Average monthly living expenses subsidized by mom and dad hit a record low, as the COVID-19 pandemic dealt a heavy blow to parents’ incomes, the survey showed. The survey was conducted by the Tokyo Federation of Private University Faculty and Staff Unions, a group of unions for private university teachers in the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. ....
