On July 13, 2016, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 31 of 2016, deciding to impose anti-dumping duties on imported acrylic fibers originating in Japan, South Korea and Turkey. The implementation period was 5 years from July 14, 2016. Among them, the tax rate in Japan was 15.8%-16.1%, the tax rate in South Korea was 4.1%-16.1%, and the tax rate in Turkey was 8.2%-16.1%. On November 6, 2018, the Ministry of Commerce issued Announcement No. 74 of 2018, adjusting the anti-dumping duty rate applicable to imported acrylic fibers originating in South Korea from 4.1%-16.1% to 8.6%-21.7%. 
On May 12, 2021, the Ministry of Commerce received applications for the final review of anti-dumping measures submitted by Jilin Qifeng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Jilin QiMont Acrylic Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hangzhou Bay Acrylic Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Zhongxin Acrylic Co., Ltd. on behalf of the Chinese acrylic f ....

Imported potato chips from Belgium and the Netherlands are now at least 30% cheaper than locally produced chips, mainly because of the termination of long standing anti-dumping duties.
The removal of the duties – ranging between 6% and 30% – means the local industry will be battered. Employment levels are under threat and job losses seem unavoidable. The industry will also lose at least 10% of its market share to international producers. ....

China s Ministry of Commerce made a preliminary ruling on Thursday about an anti-subsidy probe on wine imports from Australia that such imports received subsidies from the Australian government, which caused substantial damage to the domestic wine-making industries.
In accordance with Anti-dumping Regulations, China announced to carry out a provisional anti-subsidy measure on wine imports from Australia starting on December 11. ....
