However, at 1.27 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), the scooter is on the pricier side. Now, the Italian brand is gearing up to launch the smaller, more affordable SXR 125 soon. For the ones waiting eagerly, pre-bookings have already commenced for a token amount of Rs 5,000 on Aprilia’s official website. Aprilia’s new steed will offer a single-cylinder air-cooled 124.45cc motor that makes 9.52PS of power and 9.2Nm of torque. Its design mirrors that of the SXR 160 and the features list includes LED headlights with DRLs, a digital instrument console and a USB charging port. ....
