Fundraising campaign set for South Shore Park project in Detroit Lakes
A fundraising committee has been established to raise the $200,000 necessary to complete improvements at Detroit Lakes newest city park, including a new playground, multi-use sport court, picnic tables and benches. The South Shore Park project, which will cost approximately $900,000 overall, is slated for completion as early as this fall.
