As of early Sunday, weather experts now predict that the pending storm can leave behind 12 to 18 inches of snow by the time it ends on Tuesday. Hudson County municipalities spent the weekend salting roads, prepping salt trucks and setting up warming centers to gear up against winter storm Orlena. In Jersey City, crews have been brining roads with salt all weekend, city spokeswoman Kimberly Wallace-Scalcione said.
