According to an official statement, the associations expressed dismay, sadness and disappointment following a press release by United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet, about the recent events in the Tigray region.
It is sad and unfortunate to see assertions containing unverified allegations, personal testimonies without verifiable evidence, as well as elements with a biased position, the associations stated through a letter addressed to the Office based in Geneva, Switzerland, according to the text. ....
