PARKERSBURG The YMCA of Parkersburg and the United Way Alliance of the Mid-Ohio Valley have joined together to donate supplies for the Birthday Bag Outreach Program helping local families give children a proper birthday party.
Through the outreach program, United Way donates bags filled with party supplies to local families in need. The bags include cake mixes, tubs of icing, decorative napkins and plates, banners, hats, candles and other supplies. ....
