Starting Aug. 1, car-free Sundays will see 9th Avenue S.E. between 11th Street and 14th Street closed to vehicle traffic from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., giving businesses the opportunity to expand onto the sidewalk and visitors the chance to wander the streets without vehicles.
