For the first time, the Odisha Assembly session will be conducted virtually in light of coronavirus precautions, said state legislative assembly Speaker Surjya Narayan Patro. The legislators will now attend the session from their homes through video conferencing.
Patro on Friday said in order to make the House proceedings paperless, it has been decided to follow online procedures. The finance minister will table the next budget of the state digitally, Patro added. ....
